We see folks rushing to normalcy now trying to grab onto any relief they can find.
We need to breathe! We need to smile and laugh! We need to lighten up!

Dear Lord, I am tired. I want to get away with you and recover my life. Show me how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—let me watch how you do it. Teach me your unforced rhythms of grace. Please protect me from having too many trials upon me at one time. I want to keep company with you and learn to live freely and lightly again. Amen.
