Proverbs 31:13

"She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands."

Wander through the fabric store and watch the women who sew. They move from cloth to cloth with that eye for color and quality, touching, feeling for the best. They visualize Vogue dresses in the making. Most of us settle for the finished garment, and usually for the designer copy. We get more for the money, and that works in this life.

In the spiritual realm though, we must work with only the best. Will it be wood, hay, stubble? or gold, silver, precious stones? Gold withstands the fire. So too the best of fabrics, the deeds of God, worked with eager hands.

Are you working the deeds of God? or the deeds of man?
