Esther 4:14

"And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?"

Not your usual working woman, nevertheless Esther had a unique advantage in the workplace. She was the wife of the king. Surely she could persuade him to stop the annihilation of her people, the exiled Jews. But, to approach the king without his invitation could result in her own death. She hesitated. Was this really God's work? the right place? the right time?

Mordecai reminded her that God's work would be accomplished with or without her. And with God's work, it was always the right place and the right time.

I am reminded that I too am in royal position as a daughter of THE King. God's work is in the workplace. I need not hesitate, merely look for it. I am in the right place at the right time!
