BLESSINGS EVENTUAL

    "Her children arise and call her blessed"
    Proverbs 31:28

    The one thing I long for, as a mother, is the blessing of appreciation from my kids. Too many days, it seems I just can't win.

    The impossible dream!
    Each early morn,
    each precious child, in turn,
    pops out of bed,
    with a hug and a smile,
    and says "Mom, you're the best in a million miles!"

    Take heart, eventually they'll come to their senses.
    In the way they should go,
    each child let's down their defenses,
    then rises to the occasion,
    with blessings,
    and adoration!

    I guess it's a matter of hanging on to Godly principles of child rearing. Be encouraged, eventually, the blessings will follow.
