"Got an attitude"

Your attitude should be the same as Jesus Christ. Philippians 2:5

"Wow, he sure does have an attitude," John said as he slammed the door.

"What do you mean", I asked.

"Well, he thinks he's always right. Whenever we play basketball, it has to be his way or he gets mad. Then he stomps off and pouts if he loses.

"I guess it just isn't much fun to play with him," I responded.

    "You got that right."

This childish behavior is often present in adults as well. We can display "an attitude" at home or in our workplace without regard to how it is perceived by those around us. We may have justifiable reasons for complaining such as being in a bad mood or feeling treated unfairly. Jesus provided us with many examples demonstrating the "attitude" he wants us to present.

Jesus was humble. He was willing to give up his rights in order to obey God and serve people. By following his example, we should have a servant's attitude. You can choose your attitude.
